Following is the subscription policy of appAhead for its services described hereunder: -

Subscription: means the charges payable or paid by a customer of the company (aapAhead) Customer: means the customer, who buys any of the plan of the services.

Professional Services: means the services bought by the customer against the payment of amount as per the plan opted by him

1. Professional Services:

1.1 To receive the professional services, you (customer) will issue a Service Order to the company. You will make payment to the company for the services you wish to buy for you pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Service Order.

1.2. You acknowledge and agree that company is not under any obligation to provide professional services of any kind without paying the subscription charges after acceptance of service order by the company.

1.3. You may also make additional service order for additional feature or additional subscription plan.

1.4. You can change, modify the service order before payment of subscription charges.

1.5. All payments will be made to the company only through gateway, apps etc. No cash, cheque or DD will be accepted.

2. Subscription Payment

2.1. Subscription fee once paid for a particular plan, then it will not be converted for another plan or feature/service nor the subscription once paid shall be refunded

2.2. That the taxes, charges, additional charges, imposed if any, by any public office/State/public agency/Govt. before or after buying the subscription plan, the same shall be paid by the customer.

2.3. That while issuing service order, it is mandatory for a customer to issue order specifically for the services, he wants.

2.4. Service order must be in writing and signed by you (customer).

2.5. No refund of subscription charges shall be claimed or made

3. Warranty

3.1. The services of the company are self-explanatory and are of consultancy nature only and thus on implementation of consultation provided by the company does not guarantee that said recommendations of the company shall work as suggested. Final decision upon the consultation of the company will be of yours.

3.2.The services of the company are purely based on market risks. So, company does not guarantee about its recommendation/s nor it warrants that it will change the subscription plan or will provide another feature in case of any loss of customer.
